FACORSA Group not only manufactures, sells and distributes new products but also works on the maintenance of machines in operation repairing cars, heavy-duty and stationary equipment radiators as well as intercoolers, condensers and oil coolers.
Our maintenance workshop performes different duties such as:
- Exchangers cleaning using different cleaning products depending on materials and dirtiness to be removed.
- Radiators unclogging consists on exchangers disassemblage that allows complete core pipes unclogging.
- Leaks detection using hydro-pneumatic test-benches.
- Product repairing according to exchangers construction and materials: bronze/silver/aluminium and tin alloy welding, sealing/fixing using epoxy resin, o'rings replacement, etc.
- Custom made paintwork and finish.
